Make Blood Free
Blood, once donated, can be used for only one purpose - to save lives.
Though people are willing to donate blood voluntarily, there is a cost involved for the special bag, mandatory testing, additional tests like NAT done to ensure blood safety, processing, storage, purchase and maintenance of expensive, staff salary, rent etc have to be borne by the recipients.
The person receiving blood has to meet this cost.
This needs to be recovered from those who can afford and need to be made available for those who can not.
Hence the need to Make Blood F ree. And only YOU can do it.
Our founding partner to this project is Rotary Club of Madras Metro, Rotary District 3230 . Metro has been associated with several community projects. Most notable among them is the long term association with The Cancer Institute, Chennai in modernising the general wards and donating expensive equipments.
Your donation, among others, will help those with Cancer, Thalassemia and long standing kidney disease .
